All-on-4 is a revolutionary and highly advanced new method that allows a full mouth of new teeth to rest with complete, proven stability.
The most common reason for putting off visiting the dentist is fear. Often, patients put up with unnecessary pain and discomfort for months until it becomes unbearable because they are afraid of visiting the dentist. An easily-remedied dental problem then becomes more difficult, more invasive and more costly to treat.
There are many reasons for this fear: a bad past experience, difficulty in getting numb with local anaesthetic, a phobia of the smells, sounds of the dental surgery, or sensitive teeth. Sometimes, there’s no logical explanation for the fear, but whatever the cause, sedation can make a big difference. Using IV sedation, you will be fully relaxed for the duration of your treatment, experiencing no pain and remembering little of the treatment afterwards. At All Smiles we have an in-house anaesthetist, Dr Mohan who will sedate patients within safe guidelines, and the practice also has full resuscitation facilities in the unlikely event of an emergency.

I can say I'm a happy customer, I been for the first time and I can say I'm extremely happy with the service, I'm not a bug fan of the dentist but in this place everybody treated me nice. My experience with all smiles has been exceptional since I started my dental treatment with them in May 2021. My last visit was to have my gum extraction stitches removed. My experience was superb, I was treated with tender loving care, I did not feel any pain, they kept checking on me during the process, all the staffs customers service was fabulous and exceptional. I have always had issues with overcrowding since I was a teen and recently it got worse. I developed severe gum disease as well substantial mobility in my front teeth. Dr Ash had a very challenging task ahead of him to partially retain some of my own teeth and place implants for my front upper and lower jaws. Superb dentist in a nice easy to find location on the high street. Had to have a molar removed. Was put at my ease. Offered a coffee. Didn't feel judged when I asked for sugar! Was given a pioneering treatment where they separate a sample of your blood in a centrifuge and then use the plasma as a healing balm on the gum. My gum healed with no pain or complications. I am so grateful to Dr Ash and his fine team.

I had a very traumatic incident where I lost my upper left central tooth and the staff were really calm, friendly and professional from the minute I arrived to the clinic. Lovely staff and Dr. Ash is a perfectionist. Very pleased with my two front teeth implants to replace the two I managed to knock out last May. I now have the temporary crowns fitted which will be replaced with the permanents in a few months, which I am told will be even better! To be honest the temporary's are great already.
